By booking with Nest Home Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. This policy ensures secure transactions, clear refund conditions, and service procedures. 1) Payment & Security Policy
Payment Security
Nest Home Solutions is committed to protecting customer financial information. Our payment gateway adheres to industry-standard encryption and secure processing protocols to safeguard personal and payment details.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, and other accepted online methods. Please ensure you use an accepted payment option to prevent delays in service.
Payment Confirmation
Upon confirming your booking, you will receive an initial email with your order details (Status: Pending). Once your payment is successfully completed via Stripe, a second automated email will be sent as your official payment confirmation. If you do not receive these within 24 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp for verification.
Payment Disputes
If unauthorized charges appear on your statement, notify us immediately. We will work with you and our payment processor to resolve disputes promptly.
Cash Payments
If you choose to pay by cash directly to the cleaner, the Customer must take a photo of the cash being handed to the cleaner as proof of payment. Nest Home Solutions will not recognize cash payments without photographic evidence in the event of a dispute.
Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Sensitive payment data is not stored on our servers, and we are committed to handling your data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Policy Updates
Nest Home Solutions reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our payment gateway constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2) Refunds and Cancellations
Nest Home Solutions reserves the right to confirm or refund the paid amount based on final availability of the requested service. If a cancellation is eligible under our terms, a partial or full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable and may incur a surcharge due to resources being allocated to your booking.
Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are only available for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. A 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued for cancellations made 24-48 Hours before service.
3) Accidents & Damage Claims
Our cleaners strive for excellence, but accidents can happen. To protect both parties:
24-Hour Reporting Limit: Any breakage, damage, or theft must be reported to Nest Home Solutions within 24 hours of the service completion.
Exclusions: We are not liable for damage reported after 24 hours, nor for sensitive items such as TV screens, works of art, or antiques unless specifically moved or secured by the client before cleaning.
TVs & Electronics: We do not recommend cleaning internal components or sensitive screens. If requested, it is done at the Customer’s sole risk.
4) Customer Representations
The Customer warrants that:
– They will provide a safe working environment and unencumbered access to the premises.
– They will provide access to utilities including water and electricity.
– Heavy items (fridges, wardrobes) must be moved by the customer if cleaning is required behind them.
5) Non-Engagement of Cleaners
The Customer agrees not to directly or indirectly engage or employ any cleaner provided by Nest Home Solutions for private domestic services outside of this agreement. A breach of this clause involves a significant loss of recruitment and training resources for the Company.
